  Notes	Wilbur D. "Jack" Moffitt, 77, of New Martinsville, WV, passed away August 3, 2010 at OVMC. He was born September 3, 1932, a son of the late George F. Moffitt and Georgia Neff Moffitt. He is survived by wife, Mae Booth Moffitt; son, Jim Moffitt of Blue Mountain, MS; daughters, Tammy Moffitt of New Martinsville and Mary Yost of Booneville, MS; sisters, Wanda Allen of Moundsville and Jane Thompson of Live Oak, FL; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by son, Jack Moffitt, two grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters. Services will be Saturday at 1:00 pm at Myers Funeral Home with Reverend Raymond Klages officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 at the funeral home. Interment will be at Simpson Chapel.
