She was born May 10, 1965 in Springfield, the daughter of Gary and Mildred "Susie" (Willmeth) Baugh. Kathy was a graduate of Northwestern High School and was employed at Springfield Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed doing charity work through the hospital, crafting, being outside, and spending time with her family. She had a huge heart and always put others before herself. Survivors include two children, Michael Sanderson and Josie Sanderson (fianc? Joshua Wright); two grandchildren, Mason Sanderson and Jaelynn Palmer; significant other of 28 years, Mike Sanderson; her father, Gary Baugh; siblings, Barbara (Jason) Smith, all of Springfield; Trisha (Joe) Navarro of Orange City, Iowa, Maggie Miller, Paula Cain, and Gary Baugh, all of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and two nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
