  Notes	BUMP Hildred U. Bump, age 96, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2005 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. She was the wonderful mother of Bonnie Armstrong and is also survived by Pat and Skip Gebhart and many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by husband Allen Bump, parents Edwin and Leona Adams, son-in-law Edward Armstrong, sister Louise (Charles) Zanner and brother Cecil Adams. Hildred attended the Ohio State University as well as Otterbein College where she was the piano accompanist for the choir. She was a teacher in a one room school. Very artistic, Hildred won many blue ribbons for her arrangements in the African Violet Show. She was also a part of the Columbus African Violet Society of which she was President for two years, the O.S.U. African Violet Club, and National African Violet Society. Also, she was involved in Kappa Phi Mother's Club, O.S.U. Mother's Club and a longtime member of Broad Street United Methodist Church, Rachel Circle. Hildred loved gardening, and hat making. She always had a sweet disposition that made her so very lovable. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, February 21, 2005 at SCHOEDINGER HILLTOP CHAPEL, 3030 W. Broad St. Pastor David Meredith officiating. Visitation will take place Sunday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
