He was born on Dec 7, 1937 in Sidney, Ohio. Preceded in death by his mother Maxine Leonard, Father and loving step mother, Orville and Mary Leonard, daughter Tina Williams, daughter Lisa Belcher, brother Woodrow (Jane) Leonard. Charles was a US Army veteran and owned his own body shop for many years. He enjoyed his cars and participated in many car shows and won many trophies. He was the national sales manager for Parker Sweeper Company for 19 years and traveled across the country. He also loved boating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for the VA Home Based Primary Care or Mount Carmel Hospice. Viewing will on Saturday, September 5, 2015 from 11-12 at Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 East Main St. Reynoldsburg where services will follow at 12pm. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
