  Notes	Christine Billings Deaner, 78, formerly of Roanoke, died suddenly Tuesday April 10, 2012, in Orange Park, Fla., where she resided with her twin sister. Chris was retired from The Roanoker Restaurant after 25 years. She was born December 19, 1933, to the late Robert M. and Kate H. Billings. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald F. Deaner; sisters, Ruby Young, Mary Thompson, Catherine Johnson, and Callie Jones; and brothers, James Billings and Robert Billings. She survived by her twin sister, Geraldine Athan; sisters, Wanda Chapman and JoAn Jones (Sherman); brothers, Walter Billings (Ruth) and Kenneth Billings (Pat); also many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at the Oakey's South Chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2012, with Pastor Debbie Courtney officiating. Interment will be at Sherwood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday April 18, 2012, at Oakey's South Chapel. 540-989-3131. Arrangements by Oakey's South Chapel, Roanoke.
