  Notes	Mildred Taylor Webber, of Abingdon, Va, formerly of Low Moor, passed peacefully in her sleep on Sunday September 21, 2008 at her home. She was born in Low Moor, VA, the youngest daughter of the late Robert A. Taylor and Sarah Jane Merritt Taylor. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband; H. Ray Webber, in September of 1962, four sisters and five brothers. Mrs. Webber was a former member of Low Moor Presbyterian Church, a present member of Sinking Spring Presbyterian Church, a lifetime member of Abingdon Senior Center and a member of the Mattie Rountree Stephenson Woman's Club. She is survived by a son; W. Robert Webber and wife Jeanette, of Salem, two daughters; Patricia W. Wirt and husband Donald, of Abingdon, and Lucille R. Cruise and husband Richard, of Moneta,Va. She is also survived by six grandchildren; Victoria L. Ellis and husband Terry, of Suffolk, Michael Robert Webber, of Check, VA, Catherine Anne Webber of Salem, Earnest Ray Wirt and wife Pam of Strasburg, OH, Donald Eugene Wirt and wife Ruth Ann, of Pilot, VA, Richard Allen Cruise and wife Lisa, of Pembroke, and nine great-grandchildren; Adam Webber, Matthew Webber, Piper Webber, Suzanne Wirt, Andrew Wirt, MaryAnn Wirt, Lauren Wirt, Natosha Cruise, and Dakota Cruise. Special friends are, Herbert Dye, Nancy Fleenor, Frances "Nell" Fix, Eleanor Elliott, Madge Via and her caretakers.
