  Notes	Clyde Hunter Deeds, 82, of Hopewell, formerly of Vinton, passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Elizabeth Ann Deeds, and brother Marshall Deeds. Mr. Deeds was United States Army Veteran serving from 1953-1955. Survivors include his wife, Ellen Frances Eubank Deeds; son, Charles Andrew Deeds of Lobelville, Tenn.; daughters, Amy Ellen (Reagan) Barr of Lobelville, Tenn., Jennifer Joy (Casey) Toth of Tacoma, Wash.; grandchildren, Hannah, Caleb, and Isaiah Barr. A memorial service will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in the Buchanan Chapel of Botetourt Funeral Home, 14920 Lee Highway, Buchanan, Va. with a reception to follow. Inurnment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may made to American Lung Association, 55 W. Wacker Drive, Suite 1150, Chicago. IL 60601.
