  Notes	Dolores O'Dell ''Mugsy'' Long, 52, died Dec. 18, 1999. Born in Washington, D.C., she was the widow of John Steve Long. She was employed with the city of Virginia Beach, Department of Juvenile Justice. Survivors include a daughter, Molly Kathleen Long of Cambridge, Mass.; a son, Jonathan Zachary Long of Bowling Green, Ohio; her mother, Mary Kirk O'Dell of Virginia Beach; a sister, Diane O'Dell Beach and her husband, Marshall L. Beach Sr. of Wellesley, Mass.; a brother, Wilfred ''Billy'' Warren O'Dell Jr. and his wife, Cinda of Virginia Beach; two nieces, Allison Powers Beach and Lindsay Warren Beach, and a nephew, Marshall L. Beach Jr., all of Wellesley. She was predeceased by her father, Wilfred Warren O'Dell. A memorial service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Baylake United Methodist Church by the Rev. Ted E. David. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 6340 Center Drive, Building 7, Suite 129, Norfolk, VA 23502.
