She was born October 8, 1938 in Sutton, WV to the late Alpha and Helen (Detamore) Davis. Also, preceding her in death is her husband Glen Rowan, sisters, Sue Davis, Hilda Crites, Glenda Cottrill, and Della Rowan, and brother Robert Davis. Shirley was an Avon Representative. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter and son-in-law Ramona and Richard (Rick) Jenkins of Sutton, WV, sister Sharon Healy of Kiser, WV, grandchildren Jeremy White and fiancé Amber of Sutton, Carrie Falks and husband Trevor of Wheeling, WV, two great grandchildren that were the light of her life, Taviah Petry and Lucus Falks, and several nieces and nephews. By request her body will be cremated and there will be services at a later date. Green-Robertson Funeral Home is humbly serving the Rowan family.
