She enjoyed gardening farming and had sponsored 13 exchange students. She attended the Christian Fellowship Church. She is survived by her mother: Gladys Lanham of Camden on Gauley, WV, sons: Ben (Fiona) Cowger of Brisbane, Australia, and C. J. (Melinda Young) Cowger of Nashville, TN, daughters: Bethany (Chris) Gregg of Hartsville, TN, and Nikita (Jason) Bragg of Cowen, WV, grandchildren: Brandi Gregg, Ryann Gregg, Noah Cowger, Kelly Bragg, and Kailey Bragg. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 10, 2012, Adams- Reed Funeral Home, Cowen, WV, with Pastor Brian McKinney officiating. Burial will follow in Blacks Chapel Cemetery.
