  Notes	From the Decatur Daily Democrat, Adams County, Indiana; Tuesday, August 28, 1945: "ELIAS FRANK SHEETS DIES MONDAY NIGHT - Funeral Services Thursday Afternoon Elias Frank Sheets, 65, retired carpenter, died at 9:30 o'clock Monday night at his home in Wren, O., after a year's illness of carcinoma. A lifelong resident of Wren, he was born there March 25, 1880, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Sheets. He was a member of the Radical U. B. church at Wren. Surviving are the wife, Zulah (sic); one son, Harlen Sheets of Van Wert, O.; one sister, Mrs. Ada M. Harr of Tulsa, Okla., and two brothers, Dr. Oscar Sheets of Los Angeles, Calif., and Lawrence Sheets of Willshire, O. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the residence and at 2:30 o'clock at the church, with the Rev. Argo Sudduth officiating. Burial will be in the Woodlawn* cemetery at Van Wert. The body will be removed from the Gillig & Doan funeral home and may be viewed at the residence after 7:30 o'clock this evening."
