  Notes	Richard Snyder Obituary LIMA -- Richard Snyder, 67, of Lima, passed away on Monday, October 23, 2023, at Lima Memorial Health System. He was born on February 14, 1956 in Lima to the late Richard and Nancy {Jacobs} Taylor. On October 7, 1973, he married the love of his life, Carolyn {Coffey} Snyder. Together, they shared 50 amazing years together. He retired from Waste Management after 35 years. He loved his job and enjoyed going up to Michigan. He loved his children and dogs, riding his side by side, being outdoors and working in his yard. He was funny, friendly, ornery, stubborn, but also was strong. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, always putting his family's happiness above his own. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; children: Jeffrey (Nicole) Snyder, Angela (Marcos) Gonzales, Stacey (Ricky) Cooper, and Melinda (Jeffery) Heldman; grandchildren: Jennifer (Luke) Landis, Kristen Snyder, Brittany (Nate) Gonzales, Caitlen Snyder, Amber Gonzales, Brook Snyder, and Maya Snyder; 7 great-grandchildren; siblings: Mike (Sharon) Snyder, Carol Risner, Tammy (Tony) Von, Missy (Kenneth) Workman, and Melanie Ford; and brother-in-law, Jerry Coffey. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Dano Snyder.
