  Notes	Lumberport - Charlotte Rose Litzinger Thayer, 74, of lumberport, formerly of Cowen, died Jan. 27, 2001, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, after a long illness. She was a member of St. Anne's Catholic Church, Webster Springs, a past president of Cowen Garden Club, a 4-H Volunteer and an American Cancer Society fund-raiser. Surviving: daughters, Mary Sue Thayer of Lumberport, Barbara Greene Snyder of Mocksville, N.C., Karen Christine Crites of Sumter, S.C.; sons, David B. of Nashville, Tenn., Rick of Cowen; sisters, Vera Duckworth and Carolee Johns, both of Grafton, Sue George of Brunswick, Ohio, Dorothy Chester of Warren, Ohio; brothers, John Litziner of Cherry Hill, N.J., Donald Litzinger of Grafton, Richard Litzinger of Warren; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Service will be 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Anne's Catholic Church, Webster Springs, with the Rev. Edwin Daschbach officiating. Burial will be in West Virginia Memorial Gardens, Calvin. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. today at Morris Funeral Home, Cowen.
